Welcome to Dr3am Factory Fitness Dance Studio ("Dr3am Factory," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website, booking classes, purchasing memberships, attending classes, or using our facilities located at 106 Shartom Dr., Augusta, GA 30907, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

• Participants must be 18 years or older to attend classes unless written consent is provided by a parent or legal guardian.
• By participating in any class or activity, you confirm that you are physically capable of engaging in fitness and dance activities.

• Fitness and dance activities, including but not limited to pole fitness, chair dance, Zumba, and hip-hop, involve inherent risks.
• You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including injury, illness, or property loss.
• Dr3am Factory is not responsible for injuries resulting from improper use of equipment or failure to follow instructor guidance.

• You acknowledge that Dr3am Factory does not provide medical advice.
• Consult a physician before participating if you have medical conditions, injuries, are pregnant, or have concerns about your health.
• Participation is at your own risk.

By attending classes or using our facilities, you agree to release and hold harmless Dr3am Factory Fitness Dance Studio, its owners, instructors, employees, volunteers, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from participation, including negligence, to the fullest extent permitted by Georgia law.

• All class purchases, packages, memberships, rentals, and merchandise sales are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.
• Class credits may expire and are non-transferable.
• Pricing, schedules, instructors, and class offerings are subject to change without notice.

• Cancellations must be made at least [X] hours prior to class start time to avoid forfeiture of the class credit.
• No-shows or late cancellations will result in loss of the class credit.
• Dr3am Factory reserves the right to cancel classes due to low enrollment, instructor availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Respectful behavior toward instructors, staff, and other participants is required at all times.
• Harassment, inappropriate conduct, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
• Dr3am Factory reserves the right to remove any participant without refund for violations of studio policies.

• Proper attire appropriate for the class type is required.
• Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. Dr3am Factory is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
